The senior staff members have over 25
years of experience in the valuation industry and have published numerous books and
software programs on Federal taxation. Corporations, the Internal Revenue Service, and the
Justice Department use these publications and programs, and, quite naturally, so does our
competition, who wants to keep up with current valuation and taxation procedures.
The staff of Aurora Group, Inc. is made up of multi-discipline consultants who have worked on a unique variety of projects and assignments for our clients. Each staff member is fully trained in the art of valuations. Most staff members are multi-degreed, with at least one degree in an engineering or architectural field of study. Advanced degrees in finance, accounting, statistics, programming, or training in taxation add to the basic degree requirements. All of our staff is highly trained on computers and most our software is written in-house using the most advanced PC based programming languages.
Our staff works directly with the client from the proposal stage of the assignment to completion of the final report. Marketing representatives, telemarketers, and other middlemen are not part of our staff. We chose to eliminate the need to market our services, and our overall fee structures reflect that savings to the clients. In addition, we feel that the client is best served by establishing a working relationship with our staff from the very beginning, thus eliminating a misunderstandings or conference calls to "talk to the professional staff". You, the prospective client, talk to the professional staff on the first call.
What this means is that the staff members are fully identified at the introduction to our firm, not in a marketing proposal or phone call from a marketing staff member to introduce the staff to you. We are the staff and we are the professionals you meet on day one.
